This was made for the Mythology Swap on MLPArena for magick. Neptune began life as Tropical Breeze and his eyes and hair are orignial. All his details were sculpted using apoxie sculpt, painted in acrylics and sealed. He got accent mermaid bubbles from mylittlecustoms.com Neptune now current resides in Ireland.
